2017 is going to be our year!  I'm trying to do fun things with the kids - even though a lot of the time it is SO much work - especially going solo.  This is such a fun age but also so hard!  People always ask if it's getting any easier...ummmmmmm... I don't know.  The newborn stage was hard because of the lack of sleep, but I really did have the best babies!  I think the hardest stage so far was when Cruz, Kash, and Julie were 2 and I also had a 6 month old Trey.  The triplets couldn't communicate very well so they seemed to get frustrated and whine a ton.  I still had to find time to breastfeed/pump for Trey.  The triplets and Trey were on two different schedules.  I definitely am glad that stage is over but I think every stage is a different hard.  We'll see how this year goes.  I know the days are long, but the years are short.  I'm trying hard to soak it all in.
 Trey & Kash.  Sweetest boys.

Julie and I drove down to Palmdale for my niece Taylor's baptism.  Julie was perfect the whole drive and was so excited to see her cousins.  Saturday morning she woke up and threw up 5 times.  What the heck?  It was so crazy.  She ended up sleeping through the entire baptism, then woke up back to her happy healthy self.  So weird!  I'm so glad we made it down there.

 Cutest cousins!  Skylar & Julie
I LOVE being a nurse.  Getting this sweet note completely made my day!
Daddy and Kash at Emma's wedding.
Little Trey Man was super excited about his first day of preschool!
 Sweet Julie.
Trey's first drawing!  Little artist in the making haha.

I love this pic for some reason.  Julie doing her own thing in the back - Cruz and Kash together - and Trey with his big ol' smile in the front.
Oh these four make my world go round.

Oh man...it's been awhile.  I'll try and remember a few details of December because Christmas was SO fun this year! We decided to stay home this Christmas.  My parents were remodeling their home and it wasn't done in time for Christmas, so all my family just did their own thing.  My parents came town on the 23rd and left the 25th for Utah to spend some time with my family out there.  It was weird not being with everyone but also kind of fun to have the kids wake up at home Christmas morning.  Trey could care less about his gifts.  He immediately saw this little car run toy and sat and played with it while everyone else opened their gifts.  So funny.  Cruz, Kash and Julie loved opening everything, but they definitely didn't care what the gift was.  I could have totally stuck with the Target $1 aisle and they would have still loved everything haha.
Haircut for Trey Man.  He loves to watch videos of himself or his siblings during his haircut.
Christmas jammies!  I have a slight obsession with jammies. I can always count on Trey to pull through for me.

Farm Fresh Bowls - my new obsession!
This kid cracks me up.
Christmas jammies round #2

Tried to straighten Julie's hair for the first time!  She looked like a different kid.  So crazy!

Went on a horse and carriage ride with friends to see Christmas lights.  My kids were mesmerized.
Curtis was out of town so I had to take the kids solo.  They did so good!  They were talking about the horsey ride for weeks after.
The cutest kid sandwich I ever did see.
This is what my friends playroom looks like when we show up!  Oh man.  Thank goodness she loves me haha..
 Casa de Fruta fun!

His little red nose.  It was freezing and I forgot jackets - so we rode a couple rides and went home.

Our annual friends Christmas party did  not disappoint this year!  Last years theme was Ugly Sweater and this year was Feliz Navidad.

Who wore it better??
This kid!?

I either wanted all smiles or full blown tears...and instead I got this random side eye.  #theywerentimpressed
I love that we've had the same Santa the last 3 years!

Trey kills me in this pic!
When your brother photobombs your kids Santa pics..
Christmas Eve!  I could not wait for them to wake up!

Christmas morning!!!!!

I loved that Christmas was on Sunday this year.  Such a great reminder of what we were truly celebrating.
I'm so glad my parents were with us this Christmas.  We sure love them!
Cruz said he drew a snail.  I totally see it.  :)
Trey LOVES this marble run.  He could sit and play with it for hours.

These sweatsuits were my absolute favorite.  So dang cute.
